Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClosePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

ClosePilot provides transaction coordination software for real estate professionals, including task management, deadline tracking, document storage, and related features.

Third-Party Integrations

ClosePilot integrates with third-party platforms such as Dotloop, Skyslope, and others to provide unified transaction management. By connecting these platforms, you authorize us to access your account data from those platforms solely for the purpose of providing TC-facing views and automations.

Important limitations on third-party data use:

• No Machine Learning: We do not use, nor will we ever use, data from third-party platforms to train, improve, or develop machine learning models or AI features.
• Limited Analytics: Any analytics or reporting is limited to your own customer or agency data. We do not pool data across customers to create benchmarks or rankings.
• Limited Retention: Data from third-party platforms is retained only as long as necessary to provide the integration services, and we will delete or anonymize such data when you disconnect the integration or delete your account, subject to backup and legal obligations.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Only use the service for transactions you are authorized to access

Data Ownership and Licensing

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to ClosePilot.

Limited License: You grant ClosePilot a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your data solely to provide the services you have requested, including displaying it in TC-facing views, sending notifications, and performing automations on your behalf.

No ML Training: Except as expressly agreed in our Privacy Policy, we do not use your data to train machine learning models or AI features, and we never use data from third-party platforms for such purposes.

Subscription and Billing

ClosePilot offers paid subscriptions with monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our backup and legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

ClosePilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClosePilot from any claims arising from your unauthorized use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
