Welcome to ClosePilot! This guide will help you get started with managing your real estate transactions.

Creating Your First Transaction
From your dashboard, click the "New Transaction" button or use the floating action button. Fill in the property details and select the appropriate state template.
Tip: You can access templates from Florida, Texas, Georgia, and more states.
Understanding Deadlines
ClosePilot automatically tracks important deadlines based on your transaction's contract dates. You'll receive notifications for:
- Inspection period expiration
- Financing contingency deadline
- Appraisal contingency
- Insurance binding deadline
- Closing date
Task Templates
Our state-specific task templates are designed by experienced transaction coordinators and include all the common tasks for residential real estate transactions in that state.

Document Management
Upload, organize, and share all transaction documents securely. Each transaction has its own document folder where you can store:
